[Playlist] Feel-Good Friday, Vol. 2: Tropical

Happy Friday! This playlist was inspired by the Zimmer / Autograf / Eau Claire concert I attended last weekend at U Street Music Hall. Each of these artists specialize in "tropical house" -- a genre that I can almost guarantee will make you feel good.

The playlist starts out with Alex Adair's "Make Me Feel Better," a song that sets the chilled tone for the rest of the playlist. Especially with another remix of 's popular "Don't Wanna Dance," you can probably tell that this is continuation from my last Feel-Good Friday playlist.

Zimmer really sets that cool Parisian vibe in this one, while Anton Borin's remix of Goldroom's "Embrace" is a truly ethereal track. It starts with an extended absence of vocals, but when you hear Ariela Jacob's line, "'Cause I'm thinking it's you / I've been thinking 'bout you everyday," there's a smooth satisfaction that comes with it. Imagine Dragons makes an appearance here, thanks to Alex Adair's remix of "I Bet My Life."

I've wrapped up this playlist with Zimmer's "Bay Bridge" and Cherokee's "Dakota" -- two fun tracks that will make you want to get outside and soak up some sun.

Have a great weekend, and stay tuned for tomorrow's Valentine's Day post.
